Description
Enables use of Semi-analytical model for SBND. See below PRs for more info. Both of these should be merged before this PR.
The
flashmatchconfig interfaces with OpT0Finder to provide parameters for flash matching. Thesbnd_fullchainconfig interfaces SPINE to run the flashmatch post processor.
