About The Pull Request
It's been a long time coming, but these are the loadouts and the map for the new Vault-City faction, with a new hospital for the Followers to work out of within the city walls. (Full name of the faction is in the title... No wonder we've referred to it as VC or Vault City so much...)
Also provides some updates for the Legion camp and the Khamp.

Why It's Good For The Game
Completely overhauls and merges 2 factions into one. I'd normally go through and list every change made, but there's almost too much to go through. Buuuuut:
