Update maximum height (HMax, cm) values for each species based on a literature search conducted by @ScottCJr @dchenow1 and Bill Lauenroth.

Maximum height is utilized in the seed dispersal module. See below for documentation and the HMax values.

Updated HMax parameters for all species, issue #479

Initial estimates for HMax (maximum height) for each species. Used in seed dispersal. See issue #479 for more detail.
