- C is base0 and thus are elements of rSW2_glovars[["kSOILWAT2"]][["VegTypes"]], but R is base1
- implemented replacement methods for `swProd_MonProd_veg` with signature `swProd` and `swInputData` - re-wrote replacement methods for vegetation-type specific ``swProd_MonProd_XXX` to use `swProd_MonProd_veg` - Implemented extraction methods for with `swProd_MonProd_veg` * signature = c(object = "swProd", vegtype = "numeric") * signature = c(object = "swProd", vegtype = "character")
