Linux: Cannot generate with APWorld 3.12 for AP 5.1 #23

Works fine on Windows, but the apworld for AP 5.1 does not generate on Linux. Exits with the following log. Tested both OSes with same yaml, also fails to generate on Linux with provided example yaml.
