chore: test formkit dnd

Summary

• Gave formkit dnd a spin
  • tested with tile/tile-group since they don't currently have sorting/dragging support.
• Differences
  • We would be responsible for moving the element in the DOM since its design is to not do any DOM manipulation
  • 👍 It doesn't do device detection like sortablejs and falls back to not using native drag and drop. Instead, it seems to check for touch/drag support. https://github.com/formkit/drag-and-drop/blob/2cf47307eca29b95ed113bd8fbcf9013f36348c1/src/index.ts#L263
  • Seems to require a values stateful property to reorder elements. We could use an internal guid prop on elements if we need to.
