it is not nessaery to change the pipeline. just change the requirment file. https://pip.pypa.io/en/stable/reference/requirements-file-format/

The version is already locked in the requirement file, sqlalchemy==1.4.51. Dependabot is still creating PRs for it. I can try specifying only the Minor Version; 1.4 is the maintenance version and will on occasion get updates. I can update the requirements.txt so it pulls in the most recent 1.4.x, but I think some dependabot config will also be necessary. However, it would be easy enough to not do make the dependabot config change and see if the 1.4.x change is enough
