Option to restrict cell

Updating the bytes amount for a cell doesn't seem to update the tooltip. Though, I think it would be better to have an extra tooltip showing what the cell is restricted to, rather than overwriting the standard tooltips.

Also it's a bit unclear to me that the Select Amount textbox is in items not in bytes. I think a bit of an explanation here would be great. Also maybe a brief explanation of how bytes represent items.
