Wireless Data Bank

Introducing, the quantum data bank (name pending)

Intended to be gated roughly around mid-UIV, as this is when assline/AAL spam begins.

What does this bring to GTNH?

• Fully wireless data stick transmission to assline/AAL
• A new lategame multi + wireless slave hatch
• A removal of optical cables (TileEntities), data bank chaining/spam and a drastically lower-weight hatch solution to help clear up TPS

How does it function?

• Provide the quantum data bank with X computation/s and X liquid helium/s (qubits need to be cold!)
• Draws power directly from wireless network (TBD) scaling cost with amount of slave hatches/data sticks present (TBD)

Soon to be implemented features

• Move brains from the old master hatch -> data bank and eliminate the old hatch from prior PR
• Internal GUI for adding friends to your network
• Internal GUI storage (similar to iapary) for searching/storing data sticks
• Possibly compress data sticks to futher reduce NBT storage in main controller
• Make sure assline slaves are not storing any NBT data to avoid chunkbans due to quantity of sticks allowable
• Might revamp wireless network + communication depending on load/efficiency during testing.

What is beyond my scope

• Balanced recipe for the controller
• Balanced recipe for the wireless slave hatches

I have stopped working on this PR as I have IRL projects I need to focus on. StarLost said they would pick it up and finish it up but it seems that never happened (to my knowledge?).

btw sorry for taking so long to start working on it but I have been a bit busy and burnt out from mc, I definitely plan to take over the PR and work on it which will probably happen around this week
