This PR wraps the
crypto_authfunctions (up to date with libsodium 1.0.15) in the following packages:crypto_authcrypto_auth/hmacsha256crypto_auth/hmacsha512crypto_auth/hmacsha512256As always, all code is formatted, linted and has almost 100% code coverage.
