- Remove RandomBytes from all names. - Make SeedBytes a constant. - Add Implementation type. - Add functions for Salsa20Implementation and SysRandomImplementation.

This PR adds tests to the
randombytespackage and removes the stutter.For backwards compatibility, aliases for the old functions are provided.
