1. Android app sends data, Raspberry pi receives
2. Android app sends WiFi ssid, password, key_mgmt, priority to Raspberry pi
3. Raspberry pi gets information and convert String to text in Raspberry pi folder
4. Raspberry pi reconnects WiFi
