Implement support for NME.

This PR is a work-in-progress as there is one remaining task: implementing lime.app.Event on NME.

Changes:

• Fixed JNI handling in NME.
• Resolved logging issues in NME.
• Pending: Implementing lime.app.Event on NME.

Once the final task is complete, the PR will be ready for review.

I was planning to remove Log.warn and lime.app.Event: will be less dependancy on Lime, easier to add support of NME or whatever else.
Maybe just wait?
