Reset stack for display

This plugin will take a stack of raw data and will auto-scale the grey scale each slice/frame individually (enhance the contrast, 0.5% of the pixels will be saturated) before creating an RGB copy of that stack. This is for instance a great way to easily visualise the reconstruction output of the Parameter sweep plugin.

For instance, apply an LUT to the data stack and Reset for display. You'll obtain an RGB stack with all reconstructions. These can be displayed as a Montage with the Image > Stack > Make Montage... plugin.
