Add guidance,langchain,openai runtimes; multi-I/O skills

This PR adds:

• More runtimes (Guidance, OpenAI, Langchain)
• Skills now support multiple input/outputs
• generalized instruction format for skills like: Label this text {text} with given labels {labels}
