In order to ease the integration with the IHR website we need the IXP IDs from CAIDA. Adding this dataset also adds IXP data from HE. IXP IDs and IXP memberships are available on CAIDA website and updated every 3 months:

Should be straight forward to add as we already have this types of relationships
