This PR adds an acknowledgements file which contains all (used) data sources and, where applicable, license information.
Motivation and Context
We want to give proper credit to all data sources that we use. While we already mention all sources in the READMEs of the individual crawlers, we want to have them in a single file for easier reference.
This file also fulfills the requirements for proper attributions under the Creative Commons licenses by linking to the respective versions of the license.
Where no specific license or Acceptable Use Agreement is mentioned, we still credit the data source by linking to them in the best way we know.
Feel free to update parts of the text or change the file name.
