Learn about vigilant mode.

This is not a release - it is a test of whether we can add thread information to the plugin.

Currently, it only shows the ID, State, Attributes and Type but if this test works and doesn't totally destroy WUPS' loading time nor the plugin nor freezes the system, we can continue adding more.

Make sure you remove the old "ThreadList.wps" if you have it installed as the plugin is now named "ThredList"
