MapLibreGL with Python for an expandable fishmap

1. clone into www
2. open ports 443;8080
3. handle cert and key
4. sudo pip3 install *all necessary dependencies or modules
5. run sudo python3 start.py
6. go to your new fishmap website.... https://yourdomain.com:8080/fishmap
