Thanks! We could also just require 3.13 because we still need to wrap it as well and then we usually require it anyway. |

In #214 the test was marked as broken for now. |

As inspired by shapely/shapely#1920, due to changes made in libgeos/geos#973.
Will make an upstream issue to be sure.
