Description

Revert change to endpoint name for creating harvest task case. The endpoint is /harvest_tasks for creation and /harvest_task for completion. I'm keeping this change as simple as possible to minimize risk because it's a patch, but we need to get these routes cleaned up and consistent on the BE.
