WARNING: Deletes old sensor infrastructure including row data, currently orphans locations, - waiting on Davids approval for this

Migrates to the new sensors data architecture using the ERD diagram and description.

TODO:

• Delete sensor locations from locations or migrate previous sensors to new infrastructure based on Davids input.
