Wave Selection Graphical Update

  • Map name added to the title

  • Added a little padding around each row

Some buttons weren't properly disabled in campaign, allowing you to get the "no cheating" crash message without actually cheating.

All the buttons work on servers now. Aside from a small limitation in the Transform, they should act just like how they do in singleplayer.
