1. Build Vicon SDK from sources, included here.
2. Set CI
3. Adapt the names of mocap to REP 144

Hi,
That's a much safer approach than relying on a cloud file. However, Vicon SDK has MIT License, so I think we should include the original copy of the MIT license.
