Q: Why can't I download the actual facepack?
A: So many people wanted to download it that the two places it was uploaded hit their download caps. If you are familiar with torrent/peer-to-peer downloading then on the FMBase page for this facepack there's a torrent file. Add it to your torrenting client and it should start downloading the entire facepack.

Q: What's the size of the facepack?
A: The facepack images total to about 9 GB, the extra software is a 12 MB download and required 50 MB of space.

Q: My team's newgens aren't getting their faces, what do I do?
A: If you're using the "Player Search" method through the scouting window, make sure after you click Edit Search click Exclude and make sure the box next to your team's name is unticked.

Q: NewGAN Manager stopped responding after clicking Replace Faces, what do I do?
A: At the moment, this is just a visual bug. The NewGAN Manager app is still processing the .rtf file in the background, so just wait it out. Check the newgan.log file and scroll to the bottom, then close and reopen it to see if the number is changing. If it is, it's working.

Q: There is no Is Newgen filter under Hidden in the player search, what do I do?
A: You'll need to use the provided search filter under filters and stick it in your Football Manager user folder (Win: %userprofile%\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2021\filters).
Then go in-game to Scouting > Player Search > Edit Search
From here click the cog in the bottom left and select Manage Filters... > Import > Select "is newgen search filter".
Afterwards click the cog again and select the filter, it should be at the bottom.

Q: What does "has no faces left for mapping. Skipping player" mean?
A: It simply means that you ran out of images to map to players. Either allow duplicate mapping or add more pictures in the ethnicity folder.
