Version 7 out of beta

To continue usage of the Facebook SDK this forked version is now released under the 7.0.0 flag. Quite a few updates are still coming up, but since the package didn't have updates for years and the core is functional again I decided to release it.

If you encounter any issues please report them here on Github, if you could add a PR that would be even better!
