Version for Holdrege et al. precipitation intensity manuscript
This version is the version of rSFSTEP2 (an R wrapper program for running STEPWAT2) used to run simulations for the Holdrege et al. precipitation intensity manuscript that is in preparation. Working title "Greater precipitation intensity increases shrub growth in arid, not mesic, systems." Simulations were run for 200 sites. This version of the repository includes all species specific parameters used, as well as adjustments to code so that simulations could be run with fixed levels of warming, and increased precipitation intensity (increased mean precipitation event sizes). The precipitation intensity adjustment in rSFSTEP2 uses a function from the precipr
R package (https://github.com/MartinHoldrege/precipr) which would also need to be installed to run this code. This version of the rSFSTEP2 repository is a fork of the main version of the repository hosted here: https://github.com/DrylandEcology/rSFSTEP2
