Lots of improvement
Hierarchies have been renamed to:
$ccls/call $ccls/member $ccls/inheritance
and are available for flattened view (read custom cross references sections on wiki/LanguageClient-neovim and wiki/Emacs)
Completion and diagnostics have been refactored from libclang to Clang C++.
