About The Pull Request
Adjusts items of common between their lockers pockets and suit storages for better convience
CMO's
Now start with their Advanced analyzer in their medkit rather than carrying a spare default one.
Had their biosuit moved to their suit storage

Photo album added to their locker.

Fountain Pen now is in their pda rather than carrying the spare pen.

Modularized various code relating to NT rep and blue shield mainly towards their correct spots.
Gave NT Rep their own PDA Subtype (So it could have the pen)
Added photo albums to the NT Rep and Blue shield
Why It's Good For The Game
I made these changes with the idea of QOL in mind. Ignoring the ones that are obvious space clearing efforts like the bio suits.
Advanced health analyzer isnt a particularly late research and helps them feel that little more prepared and not digging through their locker
CMO's get a defib belt in their closet so a defib mount wont server much use.
Both NT Rep and Blueshield were the only command members that didnt have photo albums and felt left out. (Even prisoners and QM have those)
Nt Rep's pen not being in the PDA had no issues and purley bugged me.
