Inter-device login protocol

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently people are still copy-pasting seed phrases to log in on different devices or wallets

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be a protocol similar to OneClickConnect that allows to login on another device or a wallet.
Wallets should allow to scan a QR code or share a link to login.
Wallets should have list of authenticated devices/wallet apps that user can manage.
