- Operators now disconnect when a key is deleted, and reconnect when the key comes back online.
- Some refactorings to make things more easy to reason about. Still pretty WET, but that is OK.
this was sending serially
- adds KV watcher, so that if an upstream process disconnects and reconnects, downstream processes will disconnect and reconnect.
