This branch houses the code for the feature/add_daily_bfg_harvester_soiltemp4
test_harvester_global_soilt4.py is the test for the soil temperature at level 4
The data directory houses the bfg netcdf files for the test.
The file daily_bfg.py is the harvester.
All tests passed with pytest
