Added a smarter version of Romberg integration, without dictionary...

- Julia wins against Python 🐍, but not much
- Julia smart version was about 2.5 faster than Python smart version executed by Pypy
- and Julia wasn't 10x faster than pure Python...
- Done for now 😢, but I will try again Julia soon, and hopefully some tweaking 🔧 make it efficient
