[Experimental] Build code and icons

Purely experimental release from my fork, for review only. Please only use the latest release from http://github.com/winneon/neutron

• Ensured that building for release has production environment active during process.
• Release version of the app no longer displays the Developer Tools window at launch (will still display if app is run from a non-packaged route, such as "npm start".
• Basic icons added to app.
• Version number changed to reflect that this is an experimental version, and which master version it has been developed from.
