Patch release:
Small fix / refactor to enforce paragraph indentation cancellation in the paragraph boxes used by the fancy table of content.

(With SILE's current implementation for ragged environments, this does not change anything, but as we are moving to using re-implemented versions of these environments in our other modules, we need to explicitly implement the expected behavior here.)
