No code change, only cosmetic, as SILE went from 2-space indentation to 3-space indentation, and other coding rules from StyleLua. The objective is just to make differences easier to spot afterwards.

Updates to silex's modified typesetter:
N.B. Checking the code, the only difference still remaining would be our support for continuous "hanged" lines, and some compatibility shims from our earlier implementation of "liners". Sounds nice that the gap is smaller, at least here :)
