Re-aligning modified packages and classes with SILE 0.15.9

Same styling conventions (3-space indentation etc.)
Small code re-alignments

This is mostly cosmetic, to make it easier checking which differences are still left now.

Most packages we had modified should be very close to SILE 0.15.9
The base class still has some differences (e.g. hanged indent, multiple instanciation cancellation, no landscape option), for consideration at a later point.
