New in the engine:

  • Frame-based texture animations
  • Layered texture animations
  • Water texture effect - with wave field simulation
  • Fire texture - with heat map simulation
  • Two-sided surfaces (map compiler feature)
  • CSG prepass in map compiler (disabled by default)
  • Fix some problems with visibility calculations (portals were clipped unproperly)
  • Increase limit of dynamic objects visible in single BSP leaf
  • Some spped-ups of triangle models preparation

New in the test game:

  • Underwater effect
  • Disabled collisions with some materials (water)
  • Test projectile now collides with world and leaves collision decal
