BRC 2024 Preliminary

In 2024 the BMorg is removing Rod's Road and changing how the Central Plaza is designed.
This map is based off preliminary images I snagged from the Camp Symposium meeting.

Now includes the 2022 map.
Bug fix for the 3:00 and 9:00 Center Camp roads

First semi-public release. Although you can download and use the code, the point is to have a place to attach the generated maps.
