Do you have data to contribute to the Cell Cycle Browser? We are currently working on an interface to allow you to upload annotated data. In the meantime, you may contact [email protected] for more information on how to submit your data.
If you want to participate in code development for the Cell Cycle Browser, refer to our code repo here https://github.com/RENCI/CellCycleBrowser. You can create Pull Requests to have your code contributions reviewed and merged. Use the code from GitHub according to the terms of the New BSD Open Source license.
