docs(video-embed): update play button usage information

What I did

1. Added a sentence about the user being responsible for ensuring proper color contrast between the play button and video thumbnail
2. Removed an intro sentence from each "Best practice" subsection for simplicity and consistency across other elements docs

Testing Instructions

1. Review updated copy in the "Theme" section paragraph
2. Check that the best practices have copy only under the Dos and Don'ts
3. Review the new best practice about play button theme
