iMOKA v1.1
iMOKA core:
- Reduction now stores also groups k-mer count means that will be used to generate more accurate sequences
- Improved redundancy reduction in the aggregation step for sequences in unannotated regions.
- Added annotation for repetitve elements
- Identification of stable k-mers for independent normalization
- Improved the reduction step to handle samples with different depths
- Removed Correlation filter in the aggregation to reduce the memory impact
- Added the logarithmic transformation
iMOKA GUI:
- Updated IGV, electron and moved from electron-packager to electron-forge for the distributable packages
- Load local tracks ( bam, annotation, etc.. ) on IGV

iMOKA
First iMOKA release
- iMOKA is the singularity image containing the core software
- iMOKA_extended contains also the hg38 reference blat database and GENCODE v29 ( without introns ) used in the "default" mapper
- iMOKA-[arch].zip files contain the GUI for different architectures.
The most used are iMOKA-linux-x64 for Linux users, iMOKA-win32-x64 for Windows users and iMOKA-darwin-x64 for Mac users.
To open the GUI, just extract the folder and the executable file iMOKA ( iMOKA.exe for windows).
For mac users, the executable is in the folder iMOKA.app/Contents/MacOS/
