@jondo2010 Gentle bump if you can update the change log. If not I'm happy to do it as well. We're probably going to release v0.9 in the next week or so, and I love these changes to land for it. |

Description
Make additional public APIs available. Use case is when consuming interface libraries using an external non-ROS build-system.
package.xmlis not available, so I need to provide the package paths manually.Checklist
