  • Remove the Crashlytics & Fabric deps
  • Remove the Pods/ directory out of source control
  • add bundle local dev environment and install gems and cocoapods in local path: vender/bundle
  • update project files remove xcworkspace file, which can be generated by run pod install every time you need
  • add a setup.sh script for prepare the dev environment
