This deduplicates links in across multiple report items, saves them in product and edits text accordingly. It makes creation of products easier.
This also enables to have multiple custom vulnerability report with this functionality, because it works as long as the type of the report starts with "Vulnerability Report" string.
Removes unused A1, B1 style of link renumbering. Also fixes some possible bugs.
