Google has changed the way timeline works. Your timeline is stored in encrypted form on google servers and google cannot access it. To export a time line, you have to do this locally on a device now.
The timeline exported, sadly, looks completely different and has much less data, especially the timeline that was generated previous to these changes consists only of a location and timestamp.
Anyway, the script is now capable of processing this new timeline, either the new data produced by the device or the legacy data that was pulled from the google servers.
