Add link to github repository in footer

Here is a minimalist pull request, adding a link to the github repository in the footer of the website. This is a place where coders may look if there is a possibility to help improve/add features.

Well @meddeb2017 when it comes to code, we shall support open source but regarding the database of the https://covoiturage-libre.fr/ instance, it will not be distributed on the web (as it contains private information).
