Mostly just fixing and tidying stuff up. Some QOL improvements and all round better.

All Platforms:

Log improvements.
Auto detects if pinecil is connected/disconnected.
Displays serial COM port used.
Dark or light mode option.

Windows:

Stopped terminal from showing when flashing, now in line with macos and linux in this behaviour.
