Updated the Ref to the models so people don't have to dig though the DLL's to find the correct namespace they need to `using`

Updated the Documentation so that the Twitch Variables for user and chat provide the required information so that users are not having to DotPeek or VS Load Libaray and browse though it to find the Types of the
TwitchBadgeandTwitchEmotesLists.
