Nokia: Sound: Decode Nokia Tones!

Still mising a few tidbits like unicode parsing, infinite loops,
some song types (which the Smart Messaging API also doesn't go
into detail and might not even be used) but so far, everything
appears to play just fine.

Also nuke TonePlayer entirely, we'll be using MidiPlayer for
anything that concerns tones, until a problem case where MIDI
won't be able to solve is found.
